BMW is a byword for efficiency. This extends to service procedures that make the most of your time. Because your time is valuable, BMW has created three classes of service: Performance While You Wait Service, Same Day Performance Service and Extended Performance Service. They allow you to plan your morning, day or week around your vehicle's service schedule.

SAME DAY SERVICE.
Service procedures of moderate difficulty fall into the class of Same Day Service. Please ensure your vehicle arrives at the dealership as early as possible to give our technicians sufficient time to complete the work. You may expect to collect your BMW later that day.

EXTENDED SERVICE.
More extensive repair and maintenance procedures require more time to undertake. Your service consultant will advise you when an Extended Service is required to return your car to peak operating order. Your vehicle will be given priority and you can expect your BMW to be returned within a few days.
